~ What are they all about…

Family Photography Brisbane sessions are all about spending time and having fun with the family and making memories while we capture them for you as beautiful keepsakes.

We are not looking to simple place you in front of a backdrop. These sessions are tailored to each family’s individuality and are to be full of life, laughter, love and emotion. While we will want to catch the quiet touches and hugs, cuddles and snuggles, we are also there for the tickle fights and belly laughs, the explorations, jumping, running and walks.

~ What to wear…

For family sessions we recommend you wear clothes that make you feel good. Please steer away from the overly tight or excessively baggy clothes.

Please think about colours that compliment each other, aiming for being coordinated rather than being too “matchy-matchy” and not necessarily on trend as they can date faster. Do not forget to consider accessorising your outfits with jewelry, scarves, boots or jackets for that added look. Note – if you put in that extra effort to dress for the occasion you will feel good about yourself and this will show in your portraits.

~ What is in a standard Family Photography Brisbane Session…

We will have phone pre-consultation to design your family session and discuss location options and activities.

A minimum of 1-2 hours photographing you and your family at a single location (decided in collaboration with you, in the Brisbane area) to create a gorgeous mix of colour and black and white images.

We will edit these images to approx 30 images for you (dependent on family size).

This followed by either personal photo viewing and design session or an online gallery presentation. Both options will provide you the opportunity to look through the images and decide which you like the best.
